I have never seen an inspection like this with so much attention to detail. Very much on point with the skill with the ability to ensure that certain standards were met. He evaluated all products and materials, to make sure that the person that being me who was going to purchase the home was informed what was good and wrong with the home. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting with Jorge Martinez, Horizons Property Inspections. Jorge, who is very professional, inspected my home to decipher the “root” of my water leak and the overall condition of my house. Very quickly, after a thorough review/assessment, Jorge was able to detect all problems and approximately 45 minutes after completion he emailed a full report with pictures. Jorge made his inspection within 24hrs of contacting him. His reports were sent within an hour of him leaving the property. I had a question for the insurance about a week and a half later and his response was immediate. He was AMAZING!! I will be recommending him to anyone I know!!

Ed Adney is the best home inspector in Central Florida. Ed Adney is amazing he pays attention to detail very thorough. Ed inspection and his reports are immaculate, he inspected and re- inspected the property when my builders did not complete every item on the list properly. Ed definitely saw things I would’ve missed, that would’ve cost me a lot of money and problems with the house down the road. Ed is one of the best decisions I made in my home buying process.
