The explanations he gave as we went through the report with the customer were concise and easy to understand. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting with Jorge Martinez, Horizons Property Inspections. Jorge, who is very professional, inspected my home to decipher the “root” of my water leak and the overall condition of my house. Very quickly, after a thorough review/assessment, Jorge was able to detect all problems and approximately 45 minutes after completion he emailed a full report with pictures. Jorge was very responsive when I needed each one of my inspections. Jorge made his inspection within 24hrs of contacting him. His reports were sent within an hour of him leaving the property. I had a question for the insurance about a week and a half later and his response was immediate. He was AMAZING!! I will be recommending him to anyone I know!!

Ed Adney is the best home inspector in Central Florida. Ed Adney is amazing he pays attention to detail very thorough. Ed inspection and his reports are immaculate, he inspected and re- inspected the property when my builders did not complete every item on the list properly. Ed definitely saw things I would’ve missed, that would’ve cost me a lot of money and problems with the house down the road. Ed is one of the best decisions I made in my home buying process. I found Horizons property Inspections through a Google search and couldn’t have been more pleased with the work he did. Being out of state and first time home buyers, it was important we had someone on our side. Jorge was extremely thorough in the work he did and identified problem areas we never would have known about. Everyone we showed his reports to (and these are experienced home buyers and contractors) said report was very good. We initially hired Horizons to do an inspection on a home we were interested in, but hadn’t put an offer in on yet. After the findings of his inspection, we decided to punt as the home was going to be too much work. But once we found the house we ended up buying, there was no doubt who we were going to hire to do an inspection on it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Horizons Property Inspections to anyone looking for a high-quality inspection!
